was initially an idea / proposal for the new year ... but as always, the Saints did surprised us and said: Sunday evening and 'put behind the stove. Thanks to the coaching Belski (at the Cogne and despite its stomach flu) and 'was served a delicious dinner to say the least!
Risotto with Leeks (was originally intended to be a mushroom risotto ... but the local market did not offer much choice ... leeks or leek). Antipasto with
cheeses, wine age xi, salad and fruit. In short, we are thinking of replicating during the week, seeing the beautiful result: the little children have cleaned up the dishes!
Great Saints who will compete 'now with a super recipe for Mozambique Food Contest 2nd edition, organized by us, next Sunday.
